Resilience often determines whether development efforts last and whether communities are better able to respond to the next crisis. Yet embedding resilience into programming can be harder to justify, because its long-term value is not equally compelling to donors, governments, or implementers. A strong narrative and tailored communication can make the difference, which is what this last session is proposing to look into.
